Searching & Viewing Files in Office Assistant Cloud.
There are 4 types of searches available in Office Assistant Cloud:
4. Document Name
Click the Next button to begin.
Document search uses the document filename to search for the document.
To use Document Search, select it from search drop down list.
To search, type the document name without any extension in the search bar.
Here we are searching for a document named invoice 1.
The search result is shown If the file exist.
Opening the file, will also show the document name in the Default Profile tab.
The document name will be populated in the Default Profile Tab.
Other values in default profile will be displayed here such as:
- Parent Folder
- File Format
- File Size
- Date Created
- Date Modified
- File Path
The value in default profile is from the system itself.
User's cannot change the value but can use for searching only.
