What is Office Assistant Cloud?

Office Assistant Cloud or OA Cloud is an online Document Management System where you can securely store your files in the cloud system. You can store the files either by scanning or upload. Files stored in the system can be moved, downloaded, edited, printed, email directly from the system and to be shared.


What browser does Office Assistant Cloud supports?

Office Assistant Cloud supports most of the web browser such as, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 9 and above, Safari and Opera.


What file formats does Office Assistant Cloud supports?

Office Assistant Cloud supports all Document formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, One Note, Publisher, PDF, Tiff and Open Office), Audio files (mp3, ogg and wav) and Video files (mp4, ogg and webm).


How can I upload files from my hard drive into Office Assistant Cloud?

You can upload any files by selecting the folder in Office Assistant and clicking on Upload > Check in button. Next just browse for the files,  you can upload more than 1 file at the same time, and click on Upload.


What are type of scanners supported?

Any scanner with Twain driver can be used to scan files into OA Cloud directly. However, this function is only supported in Internet Explorer browser.


Does each device need an Internet connection to connect to Office Assistant Cloud?

Yes, it is necessary to be connected to your OA Cloud area via an Internet connection (RJ45, WiFi or 3G)
