Telephone Support Schedule

 

Our support or product representatives can be reached on Monday to Friday from 09:30am to 06:00pm daily. During this phone call you might be asked for some additional information. We recommend having the product as well as the following data to hand:

 

 • Exact product model name e.g. Office Assistant Cloud, OA Cloud, OA Cloud Pro

 • Product serial number

 • Operating system installed on your computer if applicable e.g. Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP etc

 • Reference number of a previous contact with our helpdesk if available (so that we don’t have to capture your details again)
